Palin Launches Political Action Committee

The committee, SarahPac, is dedicated to supporting new ideas and candidates that share our vision for reform and innovation, according to its Web site. Alaska Gov. Aides said the PAC will serve as a vehicle for his political activity for the future. Sarah Palin launched a political action committee Tuesday to help support candidates for federal and state office. Palin catapulted to fame last year as Republican presidential candidate John McCain running and is widely believed to be eyeing a presidential bid in 2012.
